Yep, these guys are trying to sell stock market investing of SS funds by INDIVIDUALS. Enron anybody? Worldcom anyone? Do 20 and 30 and 40 somethings remember anything from a few years ago? Obviously not as some are still saying.....hm....I can do that even though I never max out my 401K or my IRA and have a credit card debt the size of Montana. The sheer financial silliness of Bush's master plan to kill Social Security should have made it a nonstarter. Instead, it gets serious treatment in the face of record deficits and after the worst stock market crash in modern history.
