Perhaps there is nothing I can do. But I'd like to think there might be something I might do to appease Laz. If there is anything I can do to get him to agree to stop posting about me, I will do it. Use of my name brought this whole thing to a head, but the use of my name was the culmination of a series of events, not one event in isolation. I'd like to cure the problem if possible. Sometimes appeasement works- and as you say, I really don't have a lot of options, do I? People can get a way with a lot and still not violate the TOU- you are 100% correct on that. I agree with you. I'm sorry this doesn't make sense to you. I am hoping Laz will understand, and let me know if there is anyway I can get him to stop focusing on me.
