So what? Looks like Bush has done pretty good to get to Clinton's average (assuming you are telling the truth) considering 9-11, the bursting of the tech bubble, corporate scandals and the relentless dishonest and un-American attacks by the democratic party (and their hacks like you).

This lists the US monthly unemployment rate from 1964 through 2003. The years in question are 1993 through 2000. Here are the average rates for each of those years:

1993: 7.38
1994: 6.59
1995: 6.06
1996: 5.83
1997: 5.37
1998: 4.86
1999: 4.58
2000: 4.34

So, we sum these up and then divide by 8...

Sum of Unemployment Rates /8 = Average Unemployment Rate for Clinton

45/8 = 5.63% Average Unemployment Rate - The Clinton Years.

You are wrong again, Kenneth. Time to get a new talking point. :)
