Ed, I was eating in a Kosher resurant in New York, I saw the bossboy speaking good Yeddish! I was surprised to see a Yeddish speaking Chinese. I ask the owner how this lad speaks such good Jewish. He said to quietly: be quiet, we hired him the day he got off the boad from China, we have been teaching Yeddish, but he thinks he is learning English! ha-ha-ha

Ed, many years ago I was in Chinese Resturant in Hammond, La. I asked the Cinese waiter: do you have Chinese Jews? The waiter say: Sel, let go to kitchen and as, i come back with an anel quick) So he comes back after few minitues and says: "Sel, we have applejucie, olange jucie, glpaefluit juice but solly no chines juice." Funny ha? LOL I know your really like to convert to Judism. I believe Emil despite his good knowelege is not the right Rabbi. Plus you need to be circumsized, and given your age you need not a surgen, but the neighbourhood butcher with an sharp ax to do the job.
