Forgive me. I usually don't pay any attention to the arguments you have with DR.

See...this the crux of the problem.........the FF set things up this way in order to make for a well balanced, working democracy.

I'm not arguing against the basic design. I'm arguing for some limits of power here. If the judiciary has all of the powers of the legislature to write new laws, that's going way too far. On the other hand, the judiciary can't avoid having a hand in writing new laws, so the argument is over shades of gray.

The war Rossi is waging in WA state is being run by Rove and company back in DC. He sent his attorneys out weeks ago. They refuse to back down. They are looking for a new tactic to fight this battle.

Rove is running the Rossi show in Washington? Isn't that like Phil Jackson wanting to coach the L.A. Clippers?
