DavesM, I could be wrong, but I believe Nevada prostitutes work as independent contractors or statutory employees and are therefore not eligible for Workmen's Compensation. - Holly

Legalized prostitution hasn't helped the German unemployment rate much.

Did you see the story that German brothels are allowed to use the state jobs office to seek out workers, and if workers are referred to the brothels and are offered but refused a job, they can be taken off unemployment?

The law of unintended consequences strikes again.
