Z, Well, that's what I'd do, but that's never gonna happen. Think about it. Why won't this ever happen? How come no leftist politician ever proposed something like this? Because his or her constituents are too "selfish"? Let's face it, we don't live in a "take from the rich and give to the poor" society. Most people like to choose to be charitable (assuming they are, of course), rather than have the government force them to be that way. Tenchusatsu
