Very interesting. Thx for the education on water in the Middle East. Adds one more element to the already complex issues of the conflict. And let me tell you.........when Americans attack the Europeans for not supporting the Israelis enough, Americans don't understand that Europeans know all this stuff. They know the history and politics of Israel much better than we do. Ten years ago, it was my European friends and my Israeli friends who began to get me to see the Palestinian side. Yes, Israelis......there are many Israelis who do not think Israel is playing fair with the Palestinians. It came as a big surprise to me. As you said, the whole matter is very complicated. And I suspect water plays a critical role in this complexity. ted
