Iran now claims it can produce nuclear fuel. Controlling the nuclear fuel cycle is the red line that everyone had wanted to prevent Iran from achieving. Experts say that controlling the fuel cycle means they can produce nuclear weapons. If what Iran is claiming is true, then Europe has already failed in their quest for a diplomatic resolution. I think a conflict with Iran is becoming almost inevitable now.

Wasn't that why Kerry was talking about giving them fuel in exchange for control?
