Blasting hamas won the war that just ended today (hopefully). But Hamas is not destroyed. It needs to be controlled by the PA and made irrelevent by peace and prosperity. Enter the west with money, Bush with credits to be used at the Sharon National bank, arab leaders koshering the process (need saudis too), abbas with transparency and democracy, and sharon in controlling the settlers and original ideological Likud. Then all you need is iran, hamas, hizbollah all accepting the deal. Both sides will have to accept the other as permanent to the area. One day a new hamas leader will have to shake a new israeli leaders hand, or face the wrath of the PA. Otherwise this is all only preparation for I3.
