Actually Bush is saving your NE corridor and cutting off bailing out the money losing routes to the red states......

There is significant train service all up and down the west coast that has been growing each year........service to Vancouver, BC, Seattle, Portland, Eugene, Sacramento, SFO, LAX, Anaheim, Tustin, Orange and SD.

In addition, train service is starting to grow between Minnepolis, Madison, Milwaukee and Chicago. There are projects in the works to increase train traffic between LAX and LV. In addition, there is substantial service between Montreal and NYC.

All that will be lost if Bush succeeds with his cuts.
