Well, I admit, if the stories I hear are common about incarcerating USERS to ridiculously long prison terms it does seem over the top. On the other hand a lot of USERS become PUSHERS to support their habit. But, in general, I think USERS should be treated similar to the way my nephew was treated WHEN POSSIBLE, ie treatment and mild punishment rather then jailed. The problem is at the lower scale of the population, about the only way those USERS can be saved is to get them the hell out of their environment. jdn
