I had to take some medicine for a few weeks with unfortunate side effects, and the misery is pretty intense.

I didn't say that erectile dysfunction drugs were not important, just that as a taxpayer I don't feel like paying for them. They are, after all, lifestyle drugs, not medically necessary. I also read some research recently that I cannot find now that after using these drugs a few times, men are not as interested in continuing with them as much as they thought. Or perhaps I saw it on a tv news report.

A lot of erectile dysfunction is caused by smoking and the meat-intensive American diet, both of which cause arterial damage that affects erections. So it would be nice if we could deal with the root causes instead of pay to medicate later. I think it would be less expensive, and people would be healthier and happier.
