I get the impression that throughout his childhood, nothing was ever Smirk's fault. Why should it start now?

In this case, if Clinton had of launched a preemptive attack and invaded NK, then they never would have developed nuclear weapons. The fact that you could have said the same thing about Bush41 or Reagan or Carter or Ford or Nixon or Johnson or Kennedy or if only Ike had finished the job...
