Questions still remain:

I haven't made a decision on how I am going to set up my safety deposit box for easiest access by others. Do I put it in my name or the trusts? Should I just have some cosigners on the box? If I put it in my name, should I file a TOD on it?

Finally, which originals or copies do I put in the safety deposit box and which originals or copies do I leave in the fireproof box at home. This would seem to me to differ depending on which document you are talking about.
