JF, The prescription drug benefit is all Bush's baby. I never agreed to the prescription drug benefit in the first place. Seems like your only beef is its implementation, not the concept of it. You'll be paying for my drugs in 10-11 years. And you won't be able to negotiate quantity discounts. Yep, the result of Bush's "compassionate conservatism."
