Republicans were scared sh*tless about Howard Dean and knew very well how to handle a Bush lite like John Kerry. And so Rove's plan worked perfectly. That was proven beyond any doubt. Dean never would have taken the sh*t they threw on Kerry and did not have the idiotic record that Kerry had. The democrats served Kerry on a silver platter to Rove. What with all the idiotic "I voted for it before voting against it" garbage and swift boat veterans ads. People need REAL change not a waterdown Bush lite idiot like Kerry who stood for nothing but his policy shift of the day.

Dean would make a great DNC chairman but would have made an even better president. I hope he runs in 2008.

Although Wesley Clark is not directly mentioned in the article, he was the NATO commander in charge of most to the worst of the atrocities perpetrated by NATO as a proxy for U.S. imperialist corporations.
