"LOL. On what absurd statistical theory do you base that notion?" On the fact that they are only counting deaths that are documented by at least two independent media sources. You know, like they say when they describe their methodology. Now you may feel that the media reports every military action and every death that occurs. But it is more likely that only a small fraction actually gets reported anywhere, much less by two independent sources. Oh, and the 18k maximum suggests that some of the deaths are reported as ranges or approximations. What do you think it suggests?
