This is nonsense. The brown cloud in CA, especially in LA has been there since 1960s, when China still very underdeveloped. If people say the pollution in China now has started to influence Japan, and Korea, , or even HK, I believe it. Say China's pollution influences CA of the US, is B.S.

CA can do a superb job to pollute itself, and has done that for the last couple of decades.
