Not to justify, but to understand. crime.about.com Her first husband, Steve, was having extramarital affairs while she was establishing her relationship with Vili. It's likely that his affairs made her more vulnerable and more in need of some source of affection. As I say, not a justification, but may add to our understanding of why she could have done this.
