I am thinking of buying the 3-month after Greens next rate
increase because I think there is a lull in meetings after
that. The t-bills are certainly better than CDs as not
only are the rates higher but you don't pay state taxes.

I am also a bit worried about this treasury direct site.
Is it possible to buy these somewhere else without incurring
a rate hit?
