He has tenure. The board of regents is the only organization that can dismiss him and they are hesitant, even if they do the President of the University can weigh in on the decision. She has some sort of pardon leverage. Every lawyer in Colorado has an opinion on the issue. It is a guarantee that he will appeal the decision if the regents dismiss him. It will be the most publicised political case of the century. ... ca-chingalingaling...

It is in his best interests to get dismissed. His audience will mushroom and he will get rich. Look for him to be as annoying as possible over the next month or two. He will try to get himself dismissed.
