I don't personally know anyone who is as far right as you are, Non-liberals might be rare where you live. You might benefit from knowing some people who are close to the center politically. I know many people who are more conservative than myself and many who are more liberal. Most of them who are not offensive about their politics are friends. I am non discriminatory about declining to associate with obnoxious people from either party. Several "objective" measures on the internet place me close to the center. According to one British site (http://www.digitalronin.f2s.com/politicalcompass/ ) I was very close to John Kerry.
