Your are implying that homosexual sexual activity is more healthy than hetero, I beg to disagree. The bulk of dangerous diseases are transmitted through homosexual activity. Homesexuals have a higher incidence of aids and STDs, than heteros. That's a fact.

Elroy, It's the government's duty to promote health among their citizens, so yeah its his fault.

The government has no such duty. We don't live in a Nanny state.
