well it takes a little more than missing a water bill to screw up your credit...but all credit lenders use a central clearing house to check your credit rating. So once you take a hit you will get it across the board if and a BIG IF, the other credit agencies have a reason to check your credit rating....if it has fallen a lot it could go bad for you.
