I just don't get how you can be late on a certain card and get penalized by a completely different company.

I see it if you apply for new credit after messing up on old credit but to get penalyzed by several at once for a mistake on one wow!

That is like if you had a ford and chevy car payment and you were late to ford then your payment on the chev goes up. Not right if you had taken both loans out at the same time. I know they do that to you if you are late to ford for a few months and then apply at chevy.

all it takes is ONE late checkmark...WHETHER CORRECT OR NOT!...that is the financials making sure they will have a great shot at hitting the little guy with 20%%+++rates out of the blue for an account that has nothing to do with their actual card or credit line....
