He barbecues constantly, taunting us with meaty smells. Too TRUE! There should be a law about that! I can be so well-intentioned but some of those restaurants and their damn taunting meaty smells.... The flesh is so weak. Our Tom Thumb actually vents its fresh baking bread into the front of the store. No one can resist. Of course, there are no animals involved so this isn't quite as serious. I am trying to change our life Exactly. But that is my approach to just about everything. I am not a worldchanger-- haven't the temperament or confidence, but I try to understand and apply it to me if it feels right. Grainne has given me some great ideas for recipes and substitutions and I think I am now down to only one or two meats a week- this is good I think. It's hard when your husband is on the Atkins diet, though.
