MSEP--Stock first recommended at .015 today hit.04. 10 cents coming soon.Recent insider buying. ICOR-picked up some today on pullback.Technically stock looks like its ready for another bounce. SHGY- need help here.Can't find any filings.Stock was recommended to me by someone who also recommended I buy BVLE in the 40 cent range(I did at .46 and unloaded a week later at $1.22).Any help on SHGY would be appreciated.
