Bush violated the US Constitution by waging a war of aggression on foreign soil that has nothing to do with protecting the US. He did not obtain a declaration of war from Congress. He violated international law by invading a sovereign nation without provocation.

Sounds like you've been reading too much moveon.org and commondreams to know what is true or not...

BTW, Hitler didn't invade the US either, and yet we went to war in response to our allies in Europe. To say nothing of our own eventual protection.
