I too believe Bush and Clinton feel a degree of guilt. As an American I want to relieve them both of that feeling because I don't believe either intended for or believe a 9/11 event was going to happen. I did and its tragic but that doesn't make them responsible. We know who was responsible and many of them are dead. But some of them aren't and many more who respect and idolize these people and would like to do as they did are alive as well. Those people that think along those lines need to change or they must be terminated for the safety of mankind - it's that simple.
