I believe you are right in that the bituman replaces other imports David.

I was trying to make the point that there has been an increase in capacity in Alberta already and more is on the books.

As I understand a substantial portion of the bituman is transported out of province-perhaps the refining capacity needs to be increased at the end of the pipeline also.
