It's pretty reactionary, but I really don't approve of those on welfare voting till they're off it. I'm sorry, I make all the money in my household and I consider suggestions on how to spend it, but it's my call.

Governments engage in selective enforcement. First they enforce only those laws with fines that do not endanger the lives of enforces. They only go after violent criminals when if they don't the public outcry would be enormous. They don't enforce adultery laws on the books, no money in that or public safety concerns.
