for what it's worth, SPRL went up like 10 cents/share after that spam (after they reached the deal), and other SI members said that Strat claims they had nothing to do with the spam. here are a few relevant posts about the STRAT spam: Message 21045511 Message 21045772 and Message 21056516 I really don't know who is responsible but it could very well just be an investor...it's unlikely there's some big conspiracy among all pink sheet stocks to commission this offshore Jamaican company to spam for them.
