for what it's worth, SPRL went up like 10 cents/share after that spam (after they reached the deal), and other SI members said that Strat claims they had nothing to do with the spam.

I really don't know who is responsible but it could very well just be an investor...it's unlikely there's some big conspiracy among all pink sheet stocks to commission this offshore Jamaican company to spam for them.
