Their religion and their culture can exist the way they've always known it PROVIDED that it doesn't become so decayed that it results in terror movements that disrupt the globe. This has to stop - soon! I'd negotiate but everything would have to stop in a hurry ir I'd be forced to make a decision that I don't want to make. I don't believe we have a whole lot of time before WMD technology is acquired and used as a terror weapon. That's unacceptable and that's why I believe if negotiations fail we must act
