Exactly. It happens independent of speaker/subject/social milieu. Same thing happens when the social milieu of this thread is transgressed.

It's all well and good to assert that these issues should be openly discussed. It's another to stand up for that principle when it's your social milieu that is being transgressed. I don't notice much principle standing hereabouts. I notice the manifestations of outrage.

Pots and kettles, methinks.

The folks whose social milieu he transgressed by raising these questions justify their cushy existence by claiming they're life is about investigating ALL ideas regardless how loony or unpopular.
