There is a dissonance between the perception (strong market) and reality (going nowhere). SP is basically in a range since mid-November. And the NAZ is just plain weak. The only rule in this game is that the market is always right. Anything is possible. I would love to see a clean strong impulsive 5th, with bells ringing at the top... but most likely it will turn out to be some sort of a choppy, torturous affair, frustrating for both the bulls and the bears...
