From what little I have been able to glean way up north here, it seems to me that the policy of the USA is to integrate whoever comes across the border, no questions asked. This may or may not be a pragmatic approach, that is up for debate. But it seems apparent that they have given up control of their southern border, especially in light of OFFICIAL Mexican instructions as to how to effectively illegally cross the US border. Meanwhile, the northern wet backs are reviled for their uppity pretentious independent political viewpoints. Just not fair. <g>
