How can I know a thing like that?

Clearly, if the official explanation is not supported by the apparent facts, that an external explosion on its own could not have inflicted the damage that was seen (even though you don't believe it), then one must consider that the "government" was both complicit in the crime and involved in its cover-up.

As I mentioned, the policy of the Clinton administration was to discredit the right-wing extremists and therefore, I believe, the cui bono hypothesis points to them.
