What's changed is 9/11. Scared people go to extremes. Having said that, to think that 1/4 of people polled think it's ok to use nukes is scary indeed. That's 1/4 too many. I wonder who we'd use it on? There are no clear targets and none we can truly say are an eye for an eye. Any target would be killing the 99% innocent to get the 1%. Anyway, one thing is for sure. The news media makes a big deal out of the Arab and Muslim street and how the world needs to pay attention to them. What they don't pay as much attention to is the American street. Awaken that giant and make them angry and the whole world has a real problem.
