Having studied the IDF's approach for a few years now, I've come to the undeniable conclusion that it is a state terrorist organization and that its terrorization of the civilian Palestinian population is at least a couple of orders of magnitude more odious than anything being done by the PLO, Hamas or Hezbollah. Forget the IDF; forget Mossad. There have been Israel terrorist groups operating in the ME since before independence.......groups like Irgun and Haganah. It was the Israeli terrorist group, Irgun, that blew up the King David Hotel in Jerusalem and killed several Brits. Although Israel would have you believe that all the terrorist groups died after WW II and/or merged into the Israeli army, I read somewhere that Irgun is still active. Its why I don't jump quickly to conclusions when events such as the assassination of Lebanon's former PM take place. The ME is a hotbed for sub plots and cross plots. You never know who is really responsible. And Americans have very little understanding about any of this stuff. ted
