Haim, am not sure if you are asking for the specific locations within the general region you specified. Sorry, don't understand your sentence construction.

If you are asking who my remarks are for, which is what appears to be confusing you, they are really for Kailuabruddah - would be concerned if he followed the advice to invest in some subset of the areas you listed where they have already experienced pockets of 4X appreciation on certain streets - basically some of the subset areas have already bubbled up and over. Which isn't to say a person should not pursue these wonderful areas, but as always a person would have to pick carefully and avoid those sub-pockets, and so the purpose of my post is to give a helpful suggestion of caution. No more, no less.
