Jay,
Why so personal against TOL? I live in TOL community and the anecdotal evicdence suggests that their homes are so much more sought after than any other builders in my area. Further - all their inventory and land is in areas which are sought after. While I believe housing will take a hit, TOL would probably fall at a lesser pace than other homies. Why not go after the weaker ones?

Maybe you know something about valuation - as aspect that I have not yet looked into.

Jay,

I guess we're all destined enjoy looting the Alberta oil sands. Those are two great picks, and while it may be a bit bumpy, you can't go too wrong with oil at 0.50/boe in the ground.

DCE looking very good today as well.

Cheers,

D
