You are reading between the lines again (you do that a lot karen). My discussion is with how the term was/is promoted not the value or lack of value in the industry. I have three daughters. One is in a very tough college studying to be an engineer. I do not want her to complicate her life with family until she is sure that's what she is ready for. You may think you know something about my personal values that you are reading in as a 'tone'. You may or may not be correct. If we are going to challenge each other's values systems, that seems to me to be another discussion. Not what I thought we were attempting. I am trying to keep that out of the discussion except where it helps to clarify, as with the above daughter thingy.
