Bloggers are a new breed of Internet freelance journalist if I understand the term and their function correctly. If this is the case then I believe that they too should be afforded the same protection that other journalists enjoy under our current legal system.

I don’t see this as a hard decision for any one to make.

I don't think this will materially affect AAPL.

Blogger leaks on AAPL products/technology have become something of a cult sport. This has been going on for years. They particularly compete with one another just prior to the AAPL Expo every January. There is a lot of complaining and law suits sometimes, but all of this stuff are basically non-issues.
