That should probably be specified more precisely: They should just be normal links, so, for each user, they work normally (they do what that user's browser normally does for that user, however the user configured it and operates it). For example, they should not be javascript: links that prevent the user from opening the link in a new window or tab. Additionally, external links probably should be the same: If you use normal links, the user can always easily choose. If you do anything special with the links, the user can't. Daniel
