Yes. When it came out it was a good movie. The tale of a few good men rescuing the innocents by going up against impossible odds. Of course, in the genre of old westerns, the men weren't very good persons themselves, but they were faster than the 'bad' guys, more clever, and able to commit themselves to more violence that anyone around them. And, anyone willing to rescue the innocents gets hero status above and beyond any personal character flaws. I am glad I saw it as a kid, while I could still dismiss all the inconsistencies about our heros.

Yule did a great job in the movie but he was no pharoah in Magnificent 7. He was the greatest pharoah and king of Siam who ever lived. The originals must have rolled over with jealousy in their graves. There was no 'exit stage right' for the original pharoah after delivering a great line.
