Are you selling your land, any of it and for what price. Not have road access is why I could not get much more for my Ashe land. It needs to have about ten thousand worth of roads put in to get to it easily and that is graveled...

Twin Rivers mountain resort is an upscale mountain community with a concern for the beauty of our environment. This magnificent 400+ acre mountain resort community borders the Blue Ridge Parkway and is located just minutes from the towns of Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and Linville. Twin Rivers also offers two of the best fly fishing streams in the North Carolina Mountains. Easy day hikes to Price Lake on the Blue Ridge Parkway, or more extensive hikes to the top of Grandfather Mountain (a privately owned and maintained trail system) can be started from the adjoining Park land.
To get a feel for Twin Rivers, we recommend that you drive through

"Which is probably true because they are fast landlocking me from improved road access"

and

"and had a lot of timber to harvest, which would f up their views"

Harvest it quick, someday you may find its no longer your land to lumber as your NIMBY neibors move in. Wouldnt it be more threatening to the developer BEFORE the projects are done? After most of its sold what do they care, let the local politians deal with the problem.
