Z, It seems like the Clinton administration was placing a little more priority on getting Al-Qaida, but not much. Actually, the Clinton administration didn't place that much of a priority on getting al Qaeda. Maybe in relative terms compared to what they did in Iraq, but the reality is that terrorism wasn't very high on Clinton's list of priorities. Try me for treason, asshole. He already did.
