Certainly any spread or international trade one would do {assuming the obvious: $US headed down against everything on the planet including whale shit} should entail borrowing in the US. That = short $US. I'm checking at BMO this week about taking a mortgage on my house {I live in Canada} in $US {I currently have no mortgage... who would want to be short $CD?}. I don't need the money, just like the play!
