I think there is less that 1/2 % chance that China floats by June 2005

As for China's reserves falling it is just noise IMO.
If they did it might even be bullish if they are done with the move.

Some of it might have gone for good purchases like buying mines in India and if so then India is sitting on US$.

It all seems more or less meaningless.
If China is not holding the $ then who is?
Was the risk offloaded to Mars?
